Tour to foreign countries

On 04th may 2009 I recieved a call from the No 01204739200 to my mobile 9245231418 the caller name I do't remember, He told that I have been shortlisted for an offer, that is a family tour to Malasia and singapore by just paying 800 Rs including travel and food. He asked to provide credit card number after redirecting to some other number where computer voice asked me to confirm for payment of Rs 5900/. !!!I disconnected the call.
Immediately I gave a search in www.google.com for the said number , I found a complaint of a gentleman similar call from the number and not delivered the promised item. The complaint can be found in the site https://complaintwire.org/Complaint.aspx/Bqu3Khy8MgCXHAjLfYJC6g
I am not sure about action would be taken by registering a complaint here. I request all atleast to note down the number 01204739200 and move accordingly.

I think the public have to come forward against this type of cheating. I don't know how our police department will move,
Usually police need a complaint from an individual quite fomally, and the person (whe bells the cat) has to walk atleast ten to and fros the police stattion , then if he lucky he may get justice. Actually this type of miscreants are encouraged by our system. We the indian citizen have leanrt how to be tolerant on such issues.
