Dispute fraudulent charges through your bank, and close the account or block the card number due to fraud, to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Your bank can reverse the charges if you dispute promptly.  Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit to preserve your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.

Be sure to have your bank block the card number or close the account, since such scams often attempt to cram charges under different names, or sometimes "cancel", then start charging again months later, trying to slip more charges through.

File fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General.

To put it simply. Colon Flow is not a scam at all. Colon Flow helped me tremendously I can finally feel normal gain and not have that constant urge to run to the bathroom. I got my free trial for $11.80 which was the shipping charge and I was clearly told that I would be re-billed after 30 days. I figured hey, if it works then Ill buy it and if not I only paid 11.80 to better myself. I only need to take it for about 2 weeks before I started feeling better. So i used there bottom of the bottle guarantee and returned the empty bottle. I wasnt charged a single penny more. Its obvious to me that the people complaining were just too lazy to return the product. Moving forward I recommend Colon Flow to everyone who is suffering from irregular bowel functions and if you need to buy some I think you can order at 1-888-224-5205. And if anyone from Colon Flow is reading this I wanna say thank you very much for helping to cleanse my body and the 3 lbs of weight that I lost ;) Money Well Spent

The guy I ordered the trial offer from took my info to ship me Colon Flow. After that, he insisted that I get a BONUS gift book offer for $1.00 that I can cancel. If I don't cancel, I get charged 15 bucks a month. I told this [***] I wasn't interested, but he badgered the [***] out of me until I finally caved. When I finally got my Colon Flow today, I called to ask about the return policy and to cancel the Bonus Gift book. I told this [***] lady how I was badgered. She responds by saying..."I'm so sorry about that. What I'll do is go ahead and ship you ANOTHER gift book offer for free. If you don't like it, cancel before 30 days and you wont be charged." I TOLD HER 15 TIMES THAT I WAS NOT INTERESTED AND SHE KEPT SAYING THIS.."Well, i'll go ahead and put you down for ythis new trial offer." I said "Look! I dopn't want anything else!." She then said, "Well it's no obligation. You can cancel at any time, so I'm gonna go ahead and send it to you." [***] these [***]! I'm calling a lawyer!

PLEASE PLEASE do not use this company, they are nothing short of scam artists, if you are returning products, please make sure it is sent secure parcel, ours was sent recorded, yert they still claim not received, i still have the recorded number and evidence it was delivered, so now am taking it further, if you have money to throw away, you may as well go and play online poker as it is safer than this company

It most certainly is a scam - regardless of the efficacy or otherwise of the product, the way they sell it amounts to fraud, as my bank and local trading standards dept have confirmed. They basically offer a 'free trial' in which you pay only for postage, without mentioning the extortionate charge for the product they will be applying after the 'free trial'. It's blatant misrepresentation and fraud and this company is being investigated by many organisations here in England.

The charges are indicated in the terms and conditions on each relevant website (over 40 websites for various products from the same people) . What they should be doing is indicating the charges on the offer page as well

...by the way, I have cancelled my direct debit card and written to the company telling them I have their product and they can have it back when they refund what I have already paid and also pay for the return postage. Just don't let them get away with it is my advice. Let them know that you know what they're up to.

I ring their freephone number every day. Sometimes several times a day. I ask for my money back. If enough people do this they will be so jammed up that even colon flow won't unjam their lines. Fight back. This company are scammers

This is indeed a scam ... I became suspicious when two separate packages arrived. Why two postal deliveries, at the same time, and from the same company ? This was clearly from a bunch of money grabbing reprobates who weren't interested in you, your health or even their product, They were after your money, and have for the time being found a way to get it. But it won't last !
I immediately phoned the fraud section of Visa Debit. They told me that if this company withdraws funds from my account, they're systems have now been alerted and programmed to debit the money straight back into my account.

So if you have just placed an order, or have had funds taken from your bank. Simply call Visa, who should then adopt the same measures I have just explained.

Gosh, having to pay almost £150 every fortnight for a load of pills ... I doubt whether they were born yesterday, but there again neither was I.

    Adrian ...
