Yes - my husband started to call me using collect call from a payphone because he had no change (it was a local call 75 cents!) - HOWEVER - one of his friends brought him some change - he deposited the money and I am still being billed. The cost of a local call is 75 cents - the amount of the bill I received is $17.95!!! Almost 18 dollars for a LOCAL - 75 cent call??!! If the bill were for a reasonable amount I probably would have just paid it - but since this company wants to be scandalous about their charges - I will not be paying it!

    I was just returning to the country and had to make a collect call.  I assumed a small service charge, but 17.95!!!!!!!!!  Come on!!!!!!
