Autopay doesn't work & no one will even attempt to address problem

Horrible customer service 6 store reps, 6 online reps, 8 days. Account deleted and recreate at least 6 times. Everyone keeps saying the same thing just go in and update to account info with new credit card number. The account was even verified by a Corporate Center supervisor. Phone service has been shut off twice and is currently suspended. Even after the store manager at the corporate Center assured me that it had been restored.
