My reservation number 20275678. from ORD to BOS was canceled and received acknowledgement that they would refunded booking amount to your credit card in 2 weeks of time. Its been almost 25 working days and i have not received refund from them. Tried several times to reach them via phone, mail but no response.

    Dear Sir, the tickets were voided the same day as you booked them, therefore, you were not charged for the tickets. You saw a pending authorization on your charge card, which you bank will remove when they see that a sale has not been reported. Because it was not an actual charge for the tickets, you will not see a debit or a credit appear. As for the other transactions, those you would of already seen  the refund, those credits have been done in house. Our billing team will be reaching out to you for further assistance.
