Please stop billing me for something I never ordered or never and never received. Take my name off your billing list.  I have informed you of this problem before and I do not appreciate receiving billing reminders or past due statements.I

    There are numerous similar complaints..
    It's a cramming scam.  It is a violation of US Postal Regulations to send bills for unordered merchandise through the US Mail.  File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and the US Postal Inspector.
