How Can a Customer be sure that those Apart of and affiliated with Western Dental Actual do what they say they will? I was told due to information given to me in a previous call that my Refund would be available or go through in 3-5 business days. When I Called back I was then told that the Refund had never been processed and now I would owe 1,000 for a Cleansing tray/retainer that I have never used or seen. Also, none of the previous information I had given about Terrible customer service, misinformation about how much would be taken from my card during the payment options speech, where I was told $50 would come off a month in total from this month is $200 was missing. When i called back I could hear catty women in the background speak about me talking about th hard earned money I acquired being "Pocket Change" . All of this atop having Nerve pain and dealing with external Circumstances.
