Illegal charge against credit card

Discovered a fraudulent charge from DRI Trend Micro on my Visa card today for $ 98.27. Googled the company and was sent to a massive list of people who this company has done the same. Had CitiBank issue credit, and close down the account. Obviously, this company has a 'trend' of trying to fleece people via illegal and fraudulent charges, based upon the complain list.
