These people are rip off artists...don't do business with them!!!!

I tried to purchase a pair of designer sunglasses from this website because, after cautiously reading their website, about what a great company they are, etc. etc. and I checked out their return and refund policy, it all seemed legit. Sure! I made my purchase on July 17, 2013...and I still have not received my order or my refund (which I've requested numerous times already, and keep getting told it takes time to process it). I've sent them numerous e-mails complaining about their service and their attempts to rip me off. I keep getting the same lame [***] form letter in response. I plan on going to my bank and see if they can provide me with some crumbs left behind so I can take this further!!
