I orderd an id after doing a bit of research and readding review on HOW-I-D.com and other ID review sites.  They seemed to be for real.  But now after I have sent them my money and they have received it,  I can't get them to return my emails or send me what I paid for.
I have a condirmation of payment delivery and have not yet received the ID.  I placed my order on 2/3/12.  Has anyone had problem with this site?  I even paid for express shipping.

Anyone can have "positive reviews" when they write the "reviews" themselves.

    What were you expecting?
That someone takes your money anonymously through the internet and sends you an imitation of a government issue drivers license?

Why would you expect to send money into a black hole, to get an "id", and not lose it?
They don't even have to fear the authorities will go after them, as long as they DON'T send back fake ids.  They can expect that you will either be to embarassed or ashamed to report them, or that the authorities will just chuckle and tell you that getting fake ids is a crime and you are lucky you weren't caught with one.

First of all the ID was as a Novelty for a prank.
Second, I was asking for advice not a lecture as if I was a child (way passed my 30s).
Third, I was only wantting to make sure that other people who are thinking of dealing with this how-i-d, DON'T.

      HOW- I-D.com is a scam

Think about your response before judging other people and their reasons for doing something.

No lecture nor judgement, as I don't know or care who you are. I just don't like lying cheating thieves making money.

I do recognize how likely frauds and scams are structured, however, and the key requirements are
        1) a lure to get you to bite and disclose payment information, and
        2)  a way to hang on to your money and keep it.

A lure can be anything, as promises are cheap.  Anything can look real on a website.

Hanging on can be as simple as the annonymity of the internet, combined with a few mail drops, shell corps, laundering through an overseas account, or whatever makes it more trouble than it is worth to get your money back.

These sites may post that they are selling some "novelty id", but you better realize that is just a euphemism for what could be either a fraudulent id seller, or could turn out to be a scammer like this who just takes and keeps your money.  "Express delivery" is just a bonus.

Fraudulent id sellers aren't going to advertize themselves as such, nor are thieves intending to just steal your money.

You are "shopping" in a "bad part of town", and you do so at your own risk.  Checking reviews will not protect you, as you are entering an area where fraud is rampant, including fraudulent reviews.

If they have any of your card or account information, immediately contact your bank to close the account or block the card number, as you don't want active account information in the hands of a thief.

So, why would you even care, unless you are running one of these scams?

Same thing happened to me.  Read their reviews thought they were legit.  Send them $100. end of Jan 2012 and paid for Fedex.  They don't answer emails.  Guess How id is a scam.

This post is part of an ongoing web based harrassment against the individuals who's contact information is listed.  Anyone contacting these individuals through email or phone will have their IP addresses and phone numbers turned over to the FBI and local law enforcement.  This information will join the very thick stack of information related to this case.  We know who is behind this web based harrassment and we have a VERY detailed account of all of their on line activities.  The FBI or New Jersey Law Enforcement will soon be in contact with this individual.  I would STRONGLY suggest the rest of you out there stay out of this matter and be well aware of how VERY simple it is to track IP addresses directly to a physical address.   Responding to posts on site such as this opens you up to a world of potential legal trouble.

    Hey
Why did you disclose your payment information if they only accept cash? .. They;re supposed to send you an email with the address information, you send the payment, then click on the link they sent you to verify your payment
