experation on prepaid simcard

Dear sir,

      I been member for long time on mobily telepone.my complain is how it happen.that i still remaining balance of sr.8.00riyals and automatically
end of my terms without any notice.what would be the problem ,can you help for this problem what i will do to be a regular member again or i just shift to another co.stc. thank you.

    i lost my sim card and i want it back. when i went to mobily office in riyadh they are saying its not on my name.
    i have with me the card from which i detached the sim. can i get back my number as this is the number which happen to be on my bussiness cards

    i never got any chance to use my remaining balance and mobily shutted off my simcard. this is gross,this is absolutely unfair..you gain so much profit but why cant you incorporate in your system an aoutomatic notification for those people having a nearly expired simcard..you lose a customer form this inconsistency and count me in.
