These are the worst people I have dealt with!

They increase the fares without notice and then charge you CANCELLATION fees for something  you never wanted to book!!
look at their reviews online, they have been scamming people for years!

I have been in touch with the DOT and BBB and they have advised me that they have one of the highest ratios of complaints among Online Travel Agencies!
They have a horrible rating with the BBB and we can see why!

I spoke to a customer service MANAGER "Mana"? who can barely speak english and she swears she is in New York City!
I am all for outsourcing but at least hire people who don't have such a thick accent who cant even speak english properly!
If she is the MANAGER of these kinds of people, then you can imagine how bad their customer service is.

All they want to do is TAKE YOUR MONEY no matter in any way possible.

I have reported them to the BBB and the DOT and they said they are going to take some serious action against them very soon.
So my advice people? DONT buy your tickets from them! It doesnt seem like they will be in business for too long!!
