scam

There is a person is name Is Jim Allen and he told me that he is a general manager he ask me how much loan that I need and I said that I need $4000,he can give me that amount if I purchase $325 vanilla reload.net as soon I buy that thing I will give the 14 # at the back of this card And only few hours the $4000 will be in my account,he is an Indian man with accent,now what will I do..should I buy that reload or this is a scam..please help me they keep calling me..
