Deduction of account balance

Dear sir, since 1/12/2015 they would have deducted my balance in my account still now ..Just now I found and asked customer care operator they said, that I have activated 'house of models' website so that it would be deducted automatically. , but I don't know Wat is house of models .more over January 8 only I came to India before that I was in dubai. .. They said, It has been activated on 1/12/2015. .This is [***]
