Tiolet Reolacement

American Home Shield refuses to replace my toilet because the handle broke into pieces.  I tossed the 5 or 6 pieces of the broken handle away.  Come on, who would think to keep these little pieces of broken toilet handle pieces?  According to the CSR's I violated the terms of my contract.  I was strung along by 2 different plumbers who attempted to find a replacement handle.  I was told that I would be getting a replacement toilet, now that they can't find a replacement, AHS keeps reminding me that I should have kept the toilet handle pieces.  I told them in the beginning that I didn't have the pieces.  They strung me along for weeks.  They should have told me that in this matter first started.  Why send 2 different plumbers?
