Missing

IMy son arrived to Copenhagen from UL  to Doha on 12/08/15 and from Quatar air to  copenhagan arrived on13/8/15 His bag was missed and  he has to go to my friend in Lund   My son was supposed to  report to University in Sweden on16/8/15  He has visited Copen airport to check bag on 15/8/15 they have said that already sent to Lund He is alone there and face terrible time without bag which contain school docs We are really worried about poor service of air line Baggage no  UL  630099 He has to spend his pocket money to to travel to find the bag
