Leather sofas terrible quality

Do not buy leather sofas that have leather from Chateau d Ax .  I purchase these sofas from Robinsons -May.  in less than a year the leather started ripping and stripping really bad.  We purchase 4 pieces.  When I called to complain no one wanted to be responsible.  I had to purchase new sofas again after a year.  Once again the quality is very poor
