    Mail fraud..
    If you didn't order it, you don't owe for it. It is illegal to send bills through the US Mail for stuff you didn't order.  It's a form of mail fraud.
    If you have received a bill for something you didn't order, file fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the US Postal Inspector.

    I started getting good housekeeping magazine. Never order it, then I got a bill. I contacted attorney General. Good housekeeping said I ordered it online. Once attorney General got involve, I got a card from good housekeeping saying, quote..".as you requested, your credit order to good housekeeping has been cancelled. Please disregard any further billing you may receive" if this happens to you, contact attorney General. What they are doing is illegal.
