Multiple calls multiple times a day nasty people

This people keep calling multiple times throughout the day for the same person. They call my husband and myself and they supposedly say the are going to take our numbers off their list. Yet, a different person calls each time saying that they know nothing about what was said previously because it is their first time calling. These people are very nasty when they speak.
