shifting of household items in severely damaged condition

Hi friends,
my sister recently transported some stuff from Hyderabad via DRS Agarwal Packers and Movers. As you can see in the pictures this is the state in which they delivered the things. They also took the money in advance before even letting us check the items. After things were found to be broken, they said they will get it repaired and were given a telephone number. We have called endlessly on the number but they either keep on postponing or do not respond. Please do not shift any luggage through them and forward it so that people are aware of their ways. Can you imagine the microwave glass was not only broken but it has a dent on it. Is this the way fragile stuff is shifted!! I hope somebody responds and takes action against such miscreants!
