On Friday evening the (10 January) my friends and I visited the KFC in Karenpark for a late hot wing snack. We chose to use the drive thru option as this is generally the quick way to go about such a venture. However upon arriving at the order window the drive thru assistant simply ignored us and walked away. Assuming she would make a quick return we waited patiently. 10 minutes passed whilst countless staff members walked passed the window refusing to assist us. When finally a staff member spoke to us and we enquired what the delay was the he very sarcastically said we were the delay. We where then informed that we had to use the next window to order and collect our food. Note however that a notice indicating as such was not placed on the widely ajar window. It's rather astonishing that a establishment such as the Karenpark KFC can be so flippant in dealing with its customers, and it's staff so rude. Considering the fact that the said staffs livelihoods are dependent on my continued support of the establishment.
