waited the hours for a take out order

the staff is rude and act like they don't know nothing then I called in to inquire where my order was and they put the offer in at the time of the order.   the last assured me the order was at the ground but when I walked up and also had some one there for pick up it  no one know anything..  please respond with assistance I am very up set this was my mother's day treat.   Thank you.
