On Sunday March 11,2012 My washer an dryer were delivered. I was charged a delivery fee. When attempting to us thewasher abln frayed washer was not operating properly along with dryer. Called for service. Upon service personnel arriving to observe the washer the Serbia personnel determined that the washer was broke. Service personnel proffered to remove an take washer they didn't service dryer. Upon calling servicei was told I have to wait til 3/15/2012 for delivery of another washer. I feel this incovince is not ant faultof my own. I wished to be given my delivery fee credited back to my account

    Hmmm...not only did the Whirlpool dishwasher totally break seven months after I moved in (it wasn't used in the two years my home was on the market before I bought it) , but I have holes in my clothes from the magnificent Whirlpool washing machine. I use the Hand Wash cycle...and it beats them up. Thank you, Whirpool, for not one, but TWO terrible products.
