I received an email that this Eric Marshall is an Attorney in New York and that there is an arrest warrant for me if I don't pay him for a loan from this Cash Advance Inc.   The arrest warrant was attached. Is this a legitimate way for an attorney to do business or is this a scam

    Total scam. Arrest warrants are NOT valid by email and you cannot be arrested for a debt which is a civil matter not a criminal matter.
    Just block and delete the email.
