Hi. I'm writing because today my services was turned off. I have five lines with Sprint. I never complain about when my calls drop or I can't receive service. However I set up a payment arrangement the pay my bill every two weeks until the balance was paid off in full. The rep I spoke to okayed the rangements, however today my services was turned off again. I call back on today to reconnect servicethat was honored. When I asked to speak to a supervisor to see about taking off the reconnection fees she told me there was nothing you could do for me because you had already given me an extension. I understand my five lines may not mean much to her but word of mouth and telling everyone about the lack of not even caring means a lot and with supervisors like her you will lose a lot of loyal customers. I will be returning back to Verizon where they don't mind taking off reconnection fees.
