I PURCHASED A WARRANTY FROM CDWS ON APRIL 17, 2009.  I HAVE CALLED AND CALL AND CAN NOT GET ANY HELP.  THE COMPANY DOES NOT ANSWER ANY OF MY CORRESPONDENCE SENT THEM.  IN JULY MY AIR WENT OUT IN MY 1998 LEXUS GS300 AND I AM IN THE SOUTH.  THE TEMPS HERE HAVE BEEN ABOVE 100 TO 115 HEAT FACTOR.  I WAS TOLD BY THE MECHANIC THAT MY BLOWER MOTOR HAS GONE OUT.  I HAVE PAID THESE PEOPLE FOR 16 MONTHS, 133.61 A MONTH AND, ONLY HAVE TWO PAYMENTS LEFT ACCORDING TO MEPCO FINANCIAL WHO DOES THE BILLING FOR THIS COMPANY.  I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO TALK WITH THEIR REPS OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND THEY SAID WELL WE CAN CANCEL YOU PAYMENTS.  THATS WELL AND GOOD WHAT HAPPENS WITH THE ALMOST 1,500.00 THAT THEY COLLECTED IN GOOD FAITH FOR THIS COMPANY.  THEY WERE ABLE TO TELL ME THAT AUTOMOTIVE WARRANTY HAD MY AGREEMENT BUT; THEY HAVE GONE OUT OF BUSINESS. SO WHERE ARE MY PYMTS GOING TO, CDWS WHO ARE UNABLE TO TELL ME ANYTHING.  I WAS ON THE TELEPHONE FOR MORE THAN THREE HOURS TRYING TO GET SOME HELP FROM ANYBODY.  I CALLED THE HEADQUARTERS IN REDDING CALIFORNIA AND WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT FIND MY WARRANTY INFO.  MEPCO FINANCIAL WAS ABLE TO TELL ME WHO MY MONEY WAS SENT TO BUT CDWS IS UNABLE TO FIND MY INFORMATION.  I AM REQUESTING ALL OF MY MONEY I PAID INTO THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY, BE REFUNDED.
