Stealing my balance

I've been with Rogers for 2 years. I am on a pay as you go plan. Everything was fine for the first 4 months, my balance was at $150, I went to check if my balance topped up. It didn't. So I go and call them, they apologize, and top up my balance. This happens every month for 5 months. Until one day they have stolen over $110 dollars from my balance. My balance was down to $90. I call them, every time I do, they hang up on me. So I go to a Rogers store. They make me go on the phone, I call them, and they say that money never existed. I was enraged. I go on and build up my balance, again every month I complain that they don't top up my balance. Everything was fine, until this December they stole all my money again. They claim it never existed. I have a heated hour call with Rogers. My balance was down to $50. Every month from then they didn't top up my balance, which I was used to. In march they stole my money again, leavening only $15. So today my balance was supposed to top up, it didn't so I called. I tell them I pay $30 every month for them to top up $10, now they claim my plan never worked like that. So I have to pay $30 every month just to have a balance of $15. Rogers, you are absolutely the worst company ever.
