I have called 3 or 4 times to get TRS to take the money that I owe Amazon out of my bank account and they WON'T! They are fking harrassing me and I am SICK OF IT. Also, when I tried to call TRS, they say they are closed. I am trying to pay Amazon for [***]'s sakes, but no one will LET me. [***]

    If they haven't sent you a letter notifying you of the alleged debt, and of your right to dispute it, then they are in violation of FDCPA.

    Find a consumer attorney and look into suing for violations of FDCPA, including harassment.  You might try www.naca.net
