wrong information about their product and cheating

IHO, Indian Health Organization, D-186,Okhla Industrial Area,Phase-I,New Delhi-110020, was provided me information and commitment on telephone about their product on dtd. 11.12.2010.
They asked my consent over the recorded call and made the transaction of Rs.4026/- against membership. Transaction done was unwillingly by me as they informed that this was the only option available for payment.
After the transaction over, I called to cross-check their commitment and found that information and commitment provided by IHO is incorrect and false.
Hence immediately I requested IHO not to proceed for this policy/membership and return my money that was paid thru telecom. They have accepted misrepresentation of facts but not willing to cancel my membership.
As per policy terms and conditions mentioned on IHO website I can cancel the membership within 14 days of membership confirmation. I am eligible for cancellation as per term specified by IHO. However, till date, I have neither received membership cancellation confirmation nor my payment from IHO.
In view of above, IHO has cheated me by giving wrong information about their policy and not canceling the membership, also not returning me the payment maid.
Hence, I herewith request you to take strong action against such fraud and cheating company.
