Meaningful Beauty Creams has poor customer service! This is a scam people...please do not order from them....they keep billing your card even when you cancel!! I deeply regret ever ordering from them and their product is not even good! It gave me a bad rash all over my face and around my lips and nose! I am very dissapointed and want to warn people about this scam as much as i can!

    they will continue to charge your card even when you cancel!
    the creams are not good...caused a rash on my face, nose and around my lips! it is horrible how their customer service doesnt care and simply says "it is an automatic system and will keep charging you".

    There are skilled specialists that can handle allergic reactions. When you cancel your account, that doesn't exempt you from a bill you already owe, that's just silly. When you call and cancel, you are given the option to pay the balance or let the payments come out as scheduled. When returning a product, sometimes the second payment does come out, however it is refunded back to you when your return processes. You sound like you are still having a tantrum, that's sad.

    This product  not for after 60th because we are old and not  for 30th, because their  are too young .

    I tried to order this product online but the website will only allow you to call the 888 #.  They want to set you up for 90 day autos or you can have the 5  product beauty for 30 days.  I don't want my card auto charged and the customer service rep hung up on me after I told her I wanted the 7 product for 30 days.  Why can't you order this online?

    I don't know that Cindy Crawford would want this type of representation??????  Perhaps she should call in not using her real name and see how she is treated.  I would like to have a rep from Cindy's office contact me. vsstratman@gmail.com

    Its a scam. I didn't want to get a huge order delivered every month  and didn't realize that was what I had signed on for, so I called to cancel that. They offered me a 20 % discount. I decided after getting the order I still wanted to return it and paid to send it back. A month goes by and no refund, so I called customer service and they say that by accepting the discount I have negated my 60 day money back guarantee, which I was not told and would not have agreed to. What a scam.

    Their customer service is so inefficient they can't understand you've been charged for something you've already paid.  They give you a fax number of a phone that doesn't answer.  Then they give you an alternate and this phone is turned off as well,  They act like they are using aspartame which destroys the brain.  You ask a question and you get six emails discussing everything but the subject.  It's like talking to a faulty robot.

    I just called today, August 2nd, to cancel the 1st new supply of full-sized Meaningful Beauty products for 90 days.
    It was mentioned on the invoice that the next kit would be shipped around August 5th....
    Well, when I called, I was told that it had been sent yesterday, August 1st.....[***]...How convenient for then.  Now, I'll have to pay shipping charges to sent it back to them as soon as they arrive...and of course, the amount has already been taken from my credit card,  I am so, so upset.
