Providing invalid paper ticketss

I have purchased my international air travel tickets through Cheapoair.com in March, 2011 that cost my more than $4,500.00 USD. They charge me $17 extra for paper ticket issue as they indicate that was the only option. Then I receive call and email from them 3 weeks prior to my planned travel that paper tickets are not valid. When I call them first I have to hold for more than 30 minutes each time to talk with human voice. After discussing for more than 30 minutes with their agent, who said my only option it to pay additional $1000 for new tickets on same travel dates as tickets they issued are no longer honored by airline. I asked to speak with Supervisor and during transfer somehow they dropped my call. I am going to sue them for their mis-representation and error for inconvience with my travel.
