Complaint

Well Melanie, before you reply to my complaint. I hope that you will oversee my repair that is upcoming. I have the same problem all these people have complained about. After discussing with the warranty company, they suggested I call Maytag direct because this seems to be a common problem. Maytag graciously accepted responsibility for the parts but would not cover the labour to replace them, that is fine my extended warranty will cover that. They have said delivery of the parts will be 10-14 days and then I need to arrange the repair. Fine, I can handle that. But, this better be the last time I have to call in for the bearing and both drums to be fixed. My machine is only 3 yrs old and I also saved up for what I thought was going to be a reliable machine. I was tired of spending a 100-150.yr to repair my old machine, I would never have that I would be having to do this only 3 yrs later. Now I wait for the repair to be done, not sure how well that will go with 6 active people in the household (two of which are teenagers1). Kim - Maple Ridge
