Air Conditioning Unit/Lack of Communication

I recently purchased AMS. I was told the month prior to purchasing that they would repair anything. I asked the representatives several times when my contract begins if I could put in a claim. The answer each time was yes. I put in a claim, a company came out to check our air conditioning unit for about 2 minutes and left abruptly without giving me any solid info and not giving me anything in writing (but they got their 100.00). I called AMS to get some updates on our unit. I waited over 45 minutes on the phone the first time. The second time over 35 minutes and the second time over 25 minutes. Still I did not receive any info from AMS. I finally spoke with a manager Rob and I told him I no longer want to be a part of AMS and I would like to discontinue my contract with AMS. I also received a phone call today stating AHS will not repair our air unit because they "claim" it was an existing problem. Not satisfied at all with this company!!!!!
