Ignition Keeps Breaking

This is my THIRD case I have opened regarding the model T47D serial number G521041305002383. The ignition system has quit working and the product is still under warranty. The first case involved replacing the ignition module. This did NOT fix the problem. The second involved replacing the ignition button AND another ignition module. It worked for two uses. NOW the button has quit working AGAIN. I am asking this case be elevated to a supervisor to discuss the return and reimbursement of my money from the local Home Depot where I purchased it as this lemon or poorly designed product does not work.
