    This site isn't a "company".
    It's a consumer complaint website.

Whenever you find fraudulent charges on your credit card, or charged to your checking account, immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges, and ALSO have your bank shut down the account or block the card number to prevent further fraud and theft.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

If you are being victimized by a charge crammer, a company whose "business" is defrauding and stealing from consumers, after blocking your old card number, you should watch your new card statements closely, to make sure charges against the old card number don't get rolled over to the new card number.

Charge crammers typically run through charges as "automatic monthly charges", pretending you "agreed" to repeated monthly charges, and some banks will roll over charges onto a  new card even when the old card is blocked, to "assist" you with what they assume are on-going recurring charges, typically from some trusted utility.  The charge crammers take advantage of this.  Dispute the new charges with your bank as well.  Usually, this roll-over of charges will only last a couple months.

In any case, always check your statements for fraudulent charges.  There are numerous scammers out there willing to take money from people who don't watch their accounts.
