repeated phone calls

We have been receiving reapeated phone calls from a land line in Rising Sun Indiana, phone number (812) 551-0100, for some time now and no one will talk. We have called the nimber and tried to get them to talk when they answer and they will not. We want to know who it is so we can stop the nonsense.
