My brother hijacked my account and dish let him

I had a dish account in my name only w my social security number i suspended it once and dish let my brother reconnect it w my social security #. i called back set up a saying and a password which they informed me would be adequate. I called back my brother had rehijacked my account and changed my password because he knew the receiver #. identity fraud to the tee, and dish helped him..BEWARE they do not have your best interests at heart they just want MONEY
