    It's a cramming scam..

Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charge as fraudulent, and have them block your card number to prevent further fraud and theft.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

DIRECT MARKETING-CONTINUITY SUBSCRIPTION is not something I signed up for. I checked the website out of curiosity and it assumed (?) I wanted to order 2 items. It is a complete SCAM. I will dispute the charges with my credit card company, but these people should be shut down!

I was offered a watch for $10.00. I bought the watch and did not read the fine print. Apparently the transaction signed me up for some kind of subscription because now (3 weeks later) I see a charge on my credit card statement for $99.89 for Direct Marketing-Continuity Subscription 877 803 4611. I called the number and was connected to someone with a heavy accent that I had trouble understanding. I did understand her to say the charge could not be refunded. The charge is still in pending status on my statement and I cannot dispute the charge until it posts. ARRRRGGGHHH!!!!

I ordered a sample for anti-aging cream from a company, which I really do not know the name.  The next month, April, 2018 they charged my bank account $87.95 and then today I had another charge in the amount of $87.95.  When I googled what they had on the bank info it goes to a totally different company.  How do these people get by with this?  I guess the best place to start is the bank and go from there.  Good luck to all the other people that got screwed.

i did trial offer for WONDER LASH.  it was 4.99 or 4.95.   i guess the teeni-tiny print stated it would be shipped automatically every month.  duh! i did not see that statement.  so the 99.96 was the cost of the mascara every month!! outrageous!  i called the 800 number and the lady was very gracious.  she cancelled the order and refunded the monies.....  i should say, she said she would.  my bank statement will reflect in 3-5 days.  i believe her though.  she also stated she would send a confirmation email of the cancellation.

I have no idea what this charge is. And to be reoccurring is not something I would ever sign up for. These scams artists should be prosecuted.

I'm among many who have fallen subject to this scam.  What you need to do is check your accounts carefully and if you see unauthorized charges you NEED to contact your CREDIT CARD COMPANY or BANK (not the merchant) to report that you never authorized charges.  BUT you need to dispute within 60 DAYS of the charge being posted.  So, check your accounts often and carefully!  GOOD LUCK!!! OH!  And I also requested a new card with a new number.

This is the third time this has happened. The first time I was able to eventually speak with a manager (not sure if the person was a manager.  Initially, spoke to some one with a foreign accent that said I could not return the merchandise that was sent to me that I didn't order.  I was given a return authorization number (RAN) which I did not realize until I went to a UPS site, was for tracking the return for the "Fulfillment Center" Denver, CO. So I had to pay for the return which took 5 weeks to get a credit of $89.99. Just received another shipment on 2/8 from a different location called "Healthy and Beauty Fulfillment". The packing slip stated: Returns go to PO Box 1045, Elfers, FL 34680-1045 and provided this customer service support number  888- 310-2768. My husband decided to check our acct and discovered another charge of $89.99 the end of Dec. for merchandise I never received. We decided to cancel the account and requested a new card.  I tried the customer support number again today, I spoke with someone and explained all the above and was told they had a problem with the mailing center they used and that Dec shipment was just sent out again?  Bottom line I requested future shipments be cancelled again as I did the first time.  I asked how would I know when my information has been completely removed from their system.  The person requested in the system that I be called and I agreed message could be left if I missed the call.  I was told I could keep both products for 25% credit of $22.49 for each, the cost to me was $89.99 for each. I did not tell them the card was cancelled. We will be reporting this as credit card fraud some how!

if I might ask, how was the $89.99 charge itemized on your account?   I got a shipment and am trying to find out where it was billed.  Thanks in advance for your help.

Thank GOD my bank alerts me to suspicious charges or I would be out of $340!  If that's the only way people can make money, it's pathetic.

I am wondering if it's because I ordered a free trial of dietary supplements...who knows...😑
