Fire Hazard

I recently purchased a 4 slot Warning Toaster at BJs.   Sadly, the box was put out for recycle and I have misplaced my purchase slip.  Thus, I fear I am just out the money I spent on this very dangerous appliance. The very first time I used the toaster the one side became stuck and continued to toast until I had a smoke filled kitchen and dining room and the toast was black.  I had left the room and discovered the problem as my alarms went off.   Every use since then (which #s 5) has been an adventure. I have young grandkids that like to use my toaster so I can’t have this appliance around.   I am going to trash the unit.  Putting it out on the curb or a yard sale would be endangering others with this frightening product.  As I stated, I have no box or sales receipt only the user’s manual so I am stuck with purchasing another toaster and disposing of this one.  I just wanted to alert people to the serious fire hazard being sold to the public.
