Bad service provided by the packer & Movers

I have done my shifting of household goods from Gujarat to Tamil nadu using Agarwal packers and movers. It was observed that the goods were very badly damaged at the time of delivery. Even the petrol which was there in the vehicles were stolen completely and delivered both the vehicles in dry condition. The people were demanding money after packing at the starting point and after delivery at the end point. This habit has been seen uniformly at both the locations. I don't know how "Agarwal Packers & Movers" can do this when we pay for the packing and shifting charges. This service provider is very bad and can not be used for safe shifting of house holds. Though a compliant was lodged with the agarwal packers there is no response from them.
