unauthorized account and collect call acceptance

I am writing this because i have been unable to contact a person at your company.I did not authorize this account nor this collect call that you are billing me for. This had to have been done by someone in the house without my authorization using my personal information. I also do not know the origin of the e-mail that was used in doing so. I want this account removed and this bill terminated immediately. Please call me at 337-351-5614 about this situation.

    qtbill.com has a history of complaints from consumers claiming they never agreed to be billed by them.

    Contact the Indiana Attorney General.

    Iam sick and tierd of there phone calls 10 times a day,I thank this is harrasment and one of there representives should call me instead of there atoumated calls i get 10 times a day.

    Linda -- I just received a bill regarding an unauthorized charge made from a landline of someone I do not know.  Same situation as you described.  Did you situation get resolved and how did you go about doing so?

    The suggestion that you call the AG...would that be the AG of Indiana (where this bill came from) or the AG of the state I live in?

    Appreciate any feedback you have.
