We have been billed twice in two days for a credit report. I suggest you credit our credit card back. We already cancelled this report. Please credit our acct. or we will file charges

If you cannot get them to promptly refund your unauthorized charges, immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges and close the account to prevent additional charges. Follow up with a written dispute sent to the dispute address on your statement, making sure your bank receives it within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the unauthorized charges to preserve your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.
Do NOT let your bank dispute window run out. Fraudulent companies often string consumers along until past 60 days with promises of refunds, requirements to send forms, etc, knowing that after that time, their bank will not assist in recovering the money. If they won't voluntarily refund it within a week, proceed with your bank.
