It's a cramming scam..
Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have your bank block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA. File fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General. File a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector.
