ordered overnight and 7 days later STILL not received

In today's day and age, customer service is everything! NOT FOR GUTHY-RENKER and PROACTIVE!!!!
My two daughters want the product--I order it, I even PAY FOR OVERNIGHT shipping.....everyday for a week we have expected the 'kit' to arrive. NO CHANCE!!!! I check my account everyday! Finally they charge my paypal account...guess what....6 days later...STILL NO PRODUCT....finally, on my account, I see a note that reads backordered. DON"T YOU THINK THEY COULD BOTHER TO TELL ME?????? In a week's time and charging me for the full OVERNIGHT delivery---not one email, not one phone call, not one letter!!!! NADA! Zip! Zilch!
I cancelled the order today...I have been ASSURED my paypal account wasn't charged--oh YES it WAS!!!! .oh by the way, you can't contact their customer service department through the email form on their site. The captcha code DOES NOT WORK even when you clearly have the right code entered in!!!! Conveniently keeps them from communicating with customers!
DO NOT BUY FROM GUTHY RENKER! With a hundred other products on the market---I will buy from ANYONE except them!!!!
