DAMAGES

We have a rental property. According to the law here, A company can't run lines without getting permission from the owner. They did not get permission, nor did they call Diggers Hotline before running lines. They damaged an electrical line when they put in the service and it shorted out. We had to run a new line of electrical service. I have been unable to find out a way to get ahold of this company to make them pay.
