Wantedly doing wrong calls

Hi,
I had been receiving calls and messages from 9908704451 very often. This person has put an sms saying he is Banerji and wanted me to confirm if I have an FB account. When I blocked his number for both calls and messages, I still see him sending sms. Ofcourse sms getting bounced as I have blocked his number.
Can someone take action/warn such menace creaters please?
