Like they have did every body else. They are calling & harassing me saying that I took out a payday advance & which I have but not threw the company they said that I did. I call the company that I took my advance with & they said that it was a scam. I was told that if I don't pay the bill that they will fill it in court & the sheriff will be at my job to arrest me between 10-12 pm.

An ex law enforcement friend says to ask them who's the sheriff that will be coming over?!?
We might know them personally!!
Unless you are some sort of "Al Capone" character, you cannot be jailed for owing a debt in the United States!!!!
The "debts" are entirely fake, and they can't carry out their threats.
All they can do is threaten and harass, so they do so in outrageous fashion.
Tell them the FBI asked you to record the call.
Or just hang up until they move on.
