Loss Prevention officer at the largo Maryland(upper marlboro) rossstore

I went into the rossstore dress for less at this particular location at around 7:40PM on 12/5/2012 ,I informed the loss prevention of what i saw going on someone taken an item "he said i am used to seeing things like that what can i do"  (he does have ancent) like he does not get paid, and he coninued to be on his cellphone and did not address the issue.This particular Loss prevention officer is always on the cellphone at this particular location .
       The cooperate office needs to check with the this store otherwise they will keep on loosing money with this unprofessional loss prevention officer on duty.He act like the job does not mean nothing but at the same we customer are not safe with his NONE CHANLANT ATTITUDE.
