Call from 949-265-4448. No message left, I'm on the "Do Not Call" list. I get so many garbage calls, I simply don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize as they are almost always telemarketers, scams, political crap, etc.

    You are probably correct.
    They are a telecom for various telemarketing call centers.

    Similar complaints.  One report it's some pitch for  "a solar company", or "California Green Energy".
    It's a telemarketer, so it's probably deceptive, if not an outright scam.

    949-265-4448 is an Orange County phone number. They called and then did not say anything when I answered live. First time calling at 7:59 PM at night calling a public relations firm, likely got our number off the Internet.
