Rude scam

Got a call to lower my interest rate. I am on DNC list. I only answered because I have been the victim of identity theft. Refused to tell me which card they were calling about and tried to get my bank info. When I insisted they tell me which card they were calling about, I was told to “shut the f*** up” “ f*** myself” and “f*** off.” I knew they were a scam and I shouldn’t answer but I’m trying to protect my identity.
